Sean is Brand Director and lead designer of MARA, a sustainable clothing brand based in Glasgow.
After several successful collaborations with Nike, Sean set up OneFourOne Studios to service Nike's creative work in Scotland independently of MARA.
Sean is also a musician and producer, running the 644 Mix Series which highlights DJs and electronic artists across Scotland.
Amy Bajenski is a creative producer working across image and video, specialising in editorial, campaign, and branded storytelling.
Her work sits between fashion, culture, and community, with experience spanning creative direction, production, and visual development for brands including Issey Miyake, Thom Browne, Raf Simons, C.P. Company, adidas, and New Balance.
Her projects often explore subculture, regional identity, and contemporary outdoor culture, collaborating with artists, photographers, filmmakers, and emerging creatives across the UK.
She has contributed to campaigns and editorial work across fashion, music, design, and youth culture, including projects focused on Glasgow’s emerging creative scene and community led storytelling.
Her approach combines documentary references, considered casting, and a clean visual language shaped by an interest in people, place, and contemporary image culture.
